A deposit is required to secure the reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received.
More than 30 days before arrival: full deposit refund. 14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit. Less than 14 days before arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
In case of no-show or cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the full deposit is retained.
Changes to reservation dates are possible depending on availability. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.
We understand that plans can change and unexpected situations may occur. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests and find a fair solution whenever possible.
By paying the deposit, the guest agrees to the reservation and cancellation policy. The remaining balance can be paid at check-in or online before arrival.
