Stairs lead to the apartments and may become slippery when wet. Guests are advised to use the handrail at all times and proceed with caution, especially after rain or cleaning.

The balcony is equipped with a specially designed glass railing for safety; however, it is not intended for leaning, sitting, or climbing. Please use it responsibly at all times.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. If you smoke outside, please use ashtrays and keep the area clean.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment and outdoor areas clean after their pets.
